Absolute Poker has been very busy the past few weeks signing poker pros to their poker team. Just short of two weeks ago, the online poker room signed Matt Vengrin, a successful online poker pro. Just a few days ago the online poker room signed Model-turned-poker-pro Lacey Jones .

Jones was very happy to sign with the poker room as she stated: “I’m so excited about this amazing new chapter of my career with Absolute Poker. Our fit couldn’t be more perfect and I can’t wait to share all of the amazing stuff that’s in store with the AP community.”

Jones came into the poker industry in an interesting way. She was a working model and was hired by ESPN in 2005 to work as a model and play in an invitational celebrity tournament. Out of the 360 players, Jones managed to stay in the competition and finish in 32nd place. This was an amazing accomplishment for someone who was not a poker pro and Jones saw that she could make a career out of the game of poker.

Since 2005, Jones has had a successful career in poker and can now further her career with Absolute Poker. She has cashed out in a WSOP event as well as other land tournaments. She has also been very successful in television and modeling. She has made appearances in several television shows including The O.C. and Las Vegas.

Online poker players can now play with Lacey Jones at AP and get a fat bonus by utilizing an Absolute Poker Bonus Code. Those who would like to compete against the poker pro can log on to Absolute Poker and use the Absolute Buddy software to find Lacey at the poker tables.
